This perennial overachiever is sourced mostly from the Kalleske family’s Greenock and Moppa Hill vineyards (the 2019 blend is 64% Greenock, 24% Marananga and 12% Moppa). The grapes were 100% de-stemmed and transferred to a mix of open-top fermenters, where they were hand-plunged twice per day. Following fermentation, the wine was then fed to oak barrels for 22 months - 3% new French and 4% new American with the balance being seasoned French and American.
