This wine comes from two parcels. First is Les Voillenots Dessus, planted in ’99, a very well-placed vineyard, just below Dancer’s cellars. Then, with vines a few years younger, there is La Bergerie, which lies on the same line, right on the border with Puligny. Much like the Bourgogne, it boxes well above its weight division. A racy, pure, floral and delicate white Burgundy. Only a single barrel this year.
