This is our first allocation of Bouland’s Corcelette Vieilles Vignes Cailloux, which is drawn from the domaine’s oldest Corcelette vines rooted in the lieu-dit’s rocky Cailloux soils. It’s a terroir that gifts a slightly more structured Morgon than the Sable cuvée. We didn’t take a note on this wine, as at the time of tasting we did not have an allocation. Fortunately, Bouland had a change of heart and William Kelley’s note tells you what you need to know!
