Massolino’s Moscato has long been a benchmark example of the style, but it’s only produced in limited quantities. It's drawn from hand-harvested grapes where a good portion of the vines are rooted in the prime calcareous soils of Serralunga. This gifts a more savoury and complex style than the more typical examples (yet every bit as delicious).
The 2023 is meadow-fresh and intensely flavoured, with beautifully articulated orange blossom, chamomile, white fruits and yellow peach accompanied by a buoyant mouthfeel, chalky structure and oodles of energy.
