Reviews

"Made in a gently off-dry style, this smells of bright green apples and sliced pears with white flowers and a little flinty edge. Powdery palate texture with a bright drive of acidity that strikes a handy balance. Refreshing. Drink now. Screw cap."

"Partial skin contact, wild fermentation in barrel, matured 2 months in mix of stainless steel and barrel. Skin contact and barrel fermentation has broadened the reach of riesling, bringing a creamy texture and concentrating fruit flavours in lime, lemon, white peach with an off-dry musk sweetness. All of this nicely counters the obvious lemony acidity in play."
