15% ABV. Toro Albalá’s Fino En Rama hails from the chalky vineyards of the Moriles Alto district, considered the area’s finest quality zone. It’s a Fino that differs from its Jerez counterparts on two counts: firstly it is made from 100% Pedro Ximénez and secondly it is not fortified (as the grapes get naturally ripe enough). The average age of the bottled wine is around five years.
A deliciously tangy, salty and oyster-shell noted wine that disappears as quickly as it is poured. A remarkable bargain.
