As mentioned above, this is the first release from the domaine’s young agroforestry project in Nantoux. Perched above Pommard, the Dancers have planted two hectares of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay interspersed with all kinds of local trees. William Kelley’s note hits the nail on the head. It’s a bright, pure, red fruited, sappy and delicious red. Théo Dancer fully destemmed all his 2021 reds, and this wine was very lightly extracted with just one punch down to wet the cap.
