Prosaically titled 'my white', this is drawn from a plot in the little village of Saint-Clément-sur-Guye, the original home of Stéphane’s wife Julie. The lieu-dit is Le Clou, and the vines face south on clay/limestone soil between 360 and 385 meters elevation. Whole-bunch pressed and fermented wild, this was mostly raised in tank, supported by a component of older barrels.
