Arboretum Gimlet

Arboretum Gimlet

The supremely herbal flavours of Animus Arboretum Gin are crying out for the simplicity of a really good Gimlet. Here's the perfect blend.

60 ml Animus Arboretum Gin
30 ml Fresh lime juice
15 ml Sugar syrup

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain and pour into a coupe and garnish with a twist of lime.
