Laballe Resistance is a unique Armagnac, in that it is produced from 100% Baco grapes, a hybrid developed at the turn of the 20th century, just before the time this recipe was developed. It's got a slight smoky, apple nose, which highlights the other ingredients. 45 ml Laballe Resistance20 ml Calvados20 ml Chazalettes Rosso Vermouth1 dash orange bitters Stir all ingredients in a cocktail glass over ice, then strain into a chilled Martini glass.
