A very Victorian flavoured version of the Mint Julep, with spicy Animus Ambrosian Gin, ultra-dry Sherry and the fruity flavours of mandarin and blackberry. Created by Trish Brew of the Gin Palace. 45 ml Animus Ambrosian Gin15 ml Manzanilla Sherry (Equipo Navazos 'I Think')5 mint leaves1 tsp mandarin sherbet15 ml lemon juice Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin with ice and shake.
